Get to know Goodlids
Created by two brothers with a passion for headwear and Mother Earth, Goodlids has become a leading hemp outdoor clothing brand, pushing the boundaries of forward-thinking design while staying true to its core mission.
“Goodlids was born out of a desire to do good and have fun. We’re on a mission to revolutionise the apparel industry using the power of hemp”.

Thank you Goodlids team for making the time to chat with us about your Goodlids and Friends pop-up, welcome to London!
Why did the Goodlids crew choose London as their summer pop-up location? And what are you most excited to share with the London Goodlids community?
Thanks so much team! Great to be in touch! Funnily enough, London is our second-largest city in the world by sales volume, so it was a natural choice for a northern hemisphere summer pop-up location! Much of this is driven by the large expat community of New Zealanders and Australians who may be more familiar with Goodlids – we’re excited to bring them a taste of home!
The pop-up will feature several exciting independent brands! How do collaborations like these drive awareness for those involved?
Brand collaborations are so great. They bring that nice organic cross-pollination of awareness for the brands, but the real value is the excitement factor and payoff for the respective brand communities. A brand like Allpress Espresso has been at the forefront of this over the last few years and we have been lucky enough to tap into that global community and, share what we do with a like-minded, engaged audience.
Goodlids is known for using innovative and sustainable materials like hemp. How do you plan to incorporate these values into the design of your pop-up space?
Yes! We use hemp fibre blends exclusively in our clothing. We’d love to incorporate hemp more into our physical premises, but there are still a few roadblocks that mean we can’t explore that to the full extent that we’d like. Our product philosophy stems from a greater purpose of doing the right thing by the people and the planet, so our pop-up space will reflect that in being, simple, understated, and letting the product doing the talking – which is one of the reasons we jumped at the opportunity to work with FoundPop!
Besides exclusive pop-up merch, what do you hope visitors take away from the experience?
That’s a great question. I think it’s pretty simple: If customers leave, having had a great time, a nice coffee, met some cool, friendly people and have got a new hemp garment they can feel happy about — that’s a huge win in our books!
