Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the UK. International deliveries may be available upon request.
What other costs are there in addition to the rental price?
Delivery, installation and collection are not included in rental costs. We’ll provide a clear breakdown before you confirm your order.
When do I pay for my rental?
Full payment is required before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

What if I want to extend my rental term?
You can extend your rentals subject to availability — reach out as soon as possible before your term ends for more information.
What if I need to end my rental early?
Early returns are possible, though fees may apply depending on the timing.
What if I am unable to receive the furniture at the scheduled delivery time?
Please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries.
What if I damage my furniture during my rental?
We understand that wear happens. Minor damage is covered, but significant damage may result in repair or replacement fees.

Yes, we provide expert design consultations and floor plan support through our partner company Found Associates. Please note, a minimum spend is required.
