Head of landlord sales

Role:

FoundPop is a dynamic, high-growth enterprise offering its design and furniture rental proposition to retail park/mall owners and operators, both in the UK and across Europe. The company is looking for an energetic, hardworking individual, to lead the company’s sales efforts.

 

Role Description:

Essential experience includes working with landlords on their retail activities, contract negotiation, working to and achieving sales targets, research capability, and sales presentations.

Essential competencies consist of good communication skills, a high level of organisational ability, together with appropriate professional levels of financial numeracy and software capability.

Desirable personal attributes include a passionate approach to sales and a high degree of initiative and motivation.

To be successful in the role the candidate will have an understanding of the strategies employed by landlords to meet the challenges of future retail and in-depth knowledge of the retail ecosystem. The position will report directly to the COO and be supported by the company’s sales and marketing team.
