JOB TYPE: Sales and Customer Services Executive  

CONTRACT: Full time

HOURS: 8:00am-16:30pm | Monday - Friday

SALARY: Competitive with bonus scheme  

LOCATION: WFH – London


We are looking for an exceptional Sales and Customer Services Executive looking to work with a rapidly growing retail/rental business. Working within a close-knit, super-friendly team, helping to manage incoming rental enquiries, customer services and logistics.

 

Reporting directly to the Ops Manager, the Sales and Customer Services Executive will take responsibility for the following duties:

 

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

       Answering the telephone, taking precise messages, and handling call enquiries

       Managing the company inbox processing new and ongoing enquiries

       Managing the data entry for all new enquiries and making sure all customer data is correct and up to date.

       Maintaining all information required for a streamlined logistics process and keeping an open dialogue with our installation teams and customers

       Maintain efficient online filing systems

       Manage the digital photo database

       Help the organization’s processes remain compliant

 

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

 

       Previous customer service/support experience required

       Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential

       Ability to work as part of a small team

       Ability to work using own initiative, forward-thinking

       Must have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

       Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Calendar; experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  Other sales and customer service software is a plus.

       A customer service-oriented approach

       Full training will be given upon job commencement

       Must have eligibility to work in the UK

       The job holder will be reviewed after 3 months and then every 12 months in terms of their ability to establish and develop in this vital role

JOB TYPE: Sales Manager

CONTRACT: Full Time

COMPANY: FoundPop Limited

HOURS: 9:00am -17:30pm | Monday - Friday

SALARY: Competitive salary plus % commission on targets

LOCATION: Hybrid (London / Home)

 

You will have 5yrs of direct sales experience, ideally, in the commercial/residential property sector but we will consider direct sales experience in other industries and other sectors. Experience and familiarity with performing company KPIs and a passion to help progress a start-up company. You will be fully accountable for developing and growing all business market segment as well as responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

 

Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, the Junior Sales Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

 

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

 

       Work closely with Landlords and Property Managers to ensure a profitable relationship for both sides

       Maintain good relationships with existing clients to optimise sales and repeat business

       Generate new leads within the defined given sales channels

       Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts

       Produce quarterly board meeting and stakeholder sales reports

       Chair weekly sales & marketing meeting

       Tracking monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through Pipedrive CRM system

       Responsible for P&L to ensure that company profit goals are maintained and exceeded

       Responsible for all new business leads, pipeline management & client relationship activities

       Liaise with Ops Manager on all bookings to ensure accurate communication of client deliverables and timings

       Work closely with team administrator to maintain client database and monitor invoicing and payments

       Develop and coordinate the Sales collateral, sales marketing materials and comms alongside the Content & Community Manager to help optimise new business

       Flexibility as duties may vary from time to time, depending on business needs

       Attend Networking and Industry events with CEO/Founder

 

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

 

       Sales experience essential – knowledge of commercial retail lettings preferred

       Adept in building new business & developing existing client relationships to drive revenue

       Target driven with a focus on results

       Highly commercial and lives and breathes the key business measures

       Can work collaboratively with central teams

       Adaptable to different markets & segments relevant to the core business

       Inspirational leadership - representing the business at trade shows and industry networking events

       A track record of achievement within a senior sales role

       A customer service-oriented approach

       High level of numeracy and financial accumen
