FoundPop works in partnership with you to provide a brochure of our furniture options and pricing to share with brands, agencies, start-ups and individuals interested in taking spaces for pop-ups, events, sample sales or brand experiences.
Landlord / Agent Partnership
FoundPop works in partnership to provide a range of pre-approved furniture for a vacant or empty unit for a period of 3 – 6 months. This furniture is provided to the Landlord free of charge to showcase and enliven spaces for instant pop-ups or event use. Should a brand wish to use the furniture, FoundPop will charge an agreed daily, weekly or monthly rate directly to the tenant.
FoundPop’s current Landlord partnerships have proven that showcasing has led to a higher rental conversion rate, more varied opportunities including short term sample sales and an overall increase in rental income in comparison to blank canvas units.
