You can rent FoundPop Furniture for any length of time, however, our charge is based on weekly rates with rates decreasing over the period you rent for.

We book this in when you first rent with us. For rentals over 2 weeks, 1 week before your rental period is over, a member of our team will reach out to you to schedule a time for collection. For rentals, 1 week and under your collection information will need to be arranged upon confirmation.  We’ll then be in touch 2 days before collection to re-confirm. For shop fit rentals, just like delivery, we aim to be in and out of your way in under two hours.

You’ve got your space now you need to furnish it, here’s how FoundPop can help you.

Planning your space  – use our online space planner to create multiple store layouts, our 3D images will help you decide what’s best. When you’re ready submit a quotation. Still not sure, give the FoundPop team a call, we have years of retail experience between us and we are able to help with best practices for store layouts.

Already know what you need – just put what you want in your cart, tell us your dates and address and submit a quote.  The FoundPop Team aims to respond all enquiries within 12 hours (during office hours) We will confirm the cost of the rental, and hammer out the detail with you, you accept the agreement and arrange payment. FoundPops white glove delivery team will deliver the furniture and install it (if this is the service you have paid for)

When the rental ends we will reconfirm the best time for our team to visit and collect the items at your convenience.

There’s no charge for extending a rental, other than the weekly charges that will continue. If your collection date changes to a weekend or evening, you must pay a small out-of-hours charge on top of the original charges.

Please give us a call should you wish to discuss purchasing our furniture.

We’re flexible, however, we are not able to offer refunds once the furniture has been delivered. FoundPop’s team will be happy to arrange collection.  Depending on your situation, if you cancel prior to despatch you may be required to pay a minimum charge of 50% of the entire rental.

Unfortunately, if we arrive with an item that cannot be delivered for any reason, there will be a £200 restocking fee..

We understand that accidents happen, so reasonable wear and tear shouldn’t be a problem – as long as your furniture is in respectable shape when we come to collect it, there’s nothing to worry about. However, in the event that an item is unusable or demonstrates unreasonable damage, we reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement but rest assured we would only charge for the replacement part itself.

FoundPop is rental furniture, so every item will have been loved by someone before you loved them. Please understand that sometimes they will have small scratches and scuffs. We wouldn’t let furniture that isn’t fit for use leave our warehouse so rest assured the furniture you rent will look fantastic in your store/event/showroom.

Maybe you have a retail pop-up and you want minimise the cash outlay and spread the cost over time. Perhaps you want to have high quality design-led retail furniture but its too expensive to buy. Maybe you are launching a new product or testing a new location and you simply don’t know how long you’ll be there. Maybe you are attending an exhibition or event and you need a solution that can be quickly assembled and disassembled. Maybe you want a solution that you can customise to meet your brand or business requirements. FoundPop is here to help!

We can through our partner company – Found Associates – who offer retail design services and a fully bespoke furniture service. Alternatively you can use our space planner and build your own 3D images of our store from our flexible range of furniture. You can also email us at hello@foundpop.com to get some assistance. If the rental is cancelled with 3 weeks or more notice there will be no charge and full refund will be issued. If the rental is cancelled with 3 weeks or less notice there will be a 50% charge and 50% of the order will be refunded. If the rental is cancelled with 1 week or less notice 100% of the rental amount will be charged and no refund will be due. FoundPop will endeavour to assist with any location, date, time changes that our customers may face. The customer must advise FoundPop of these changes as soon as possible.

We deliver all over the UK. However, rentals outside of M25 must be for large-scale events or over a 3-month duration (and have a £2000 rental charge minimum) Please submit a quote or give us a call for full delivery costs.

Our delivery charges are separate from our rental costs, so there will always be a delivery and collection charge to each rental unless you collect from our warehouse.

We don’t ask for deposits, and the furniture should be insured by yourself for the duration of the rental.

The full balance of the rental (for rentals under 3 months) is due in order to confirm the rental. For rentals over 3 months, we require payment of the first 3 months in advance,  after this you will be billed monthly for your rental.
