Inside the brand’s first-ever Christmas pop-up — and why seasonal retail matters

White Fox Boutique made its London debut this November with White Fox Wonderland, a vibrant three-day Christmas pop-up that blended hype, gifting culture, and experiential energy in a way few digital-first brands can. Produced by the award-winning experiential agency Heaps + Stacks, the Soho takeover reimagined holiday shopping as a moment of community, spectacle, and scarcity-driven excitement.
For White Fox, this was far more than a festive activation. As their first Christmas pop-up, it marked a strategic entry into physical retail, designed to deepen customer loyalty, supercharge social visibility, and meet their UK audience in real life. Queues formed long before doors opened each day, driven by the first-100 free hoodie giveaway, a simple mechanic that delivered huge footfall and near-constant user-generated content across TikTok and Instagram.
A Weekend of Festive Hype
From 7–9 November, fans poured into Soho from morning until night to experience White Fox in person. Limited drops, beauty favourites, stocking fillers, photo moments, and daily prizes kept the energy high throughout the weekend. For a first-time holiday pop-up, the response was immediate and sustained, underscoring the power of well-designed experiential retail.
Seasonal pop-ups continue to succeed because they sit at the intersection of culture, community, and commerce. A temporary store can become a catalyst for brand storytelling, especially when built with the flexibility needed to respond to fast-moving demand.

The Power of Seasonal Pop-Ups
Holiday retail remains one of the strongest moments of the year for fashion brands. Even in a digital-heavy landscape, seasonal events offer something ecommerce simply cannot replicate: a sense of place, atmosphere, and excitement.
For both emerging and established brands, festive pop-ups provide:
- High-intent footfall shaped by gift shopping and seasonal rituals
- Content-rich environments that encourage customer-led storytelling
- Cultural impact without the long-term cost of permanent retail
- Natural scarcity that increases urgency and emotional connection
White Fox Wonderland demonstrated how a temporary space can become a fully realised brand world at the height of the season.
Heaps + Stacks: Crafting the Experience
Heaps + Stacks, the creative agency behind the project, transformed the venue into a playful, high-gloss Christmas environment designed for discovery and social sharing. Their detail-driven approach resulted in a festive universe featuring:
- Dedicated gifting zones
- Stocking-filler displays
- Beauty counters
- High-impact photo moments
- Daily giveaway stations
Every element was tuned for flow, interaction, and content creation, reflecting the agency’s expertise in modern experiential design.

Design-Led Rentals by FoundPop
To bring the concept to life, Heaps + Stacks chose FoundPop’s clean, contemporary rental furniture to support the retail experience. Featuring custom rails and mirrors with branded vinyl throughout, FoundPop made it possible to achieve:
