A Collaborative Pop-Up Opens in London
From December 10th to 22nd, Bianca Saunders is hosting a pop-up concept store in collaboration with Time & Space. Featuring Saunder’s AW24 collection and archival pieces, the space is home to curated furniture, art, and objects inspired by iconic mid-century designers. The pop-up agenda also includes a series of talks by creatives spanning art, fashion, and spatial design, fostering dialogue at the intersections of creativity.
We are proud to be working with Bianca Saunders for another pop-up, providing the concept store with FoundPop’s popular design-led black hanging rails and fitting room rentals.
In this edition of POP-ID, we go behind the scenes and hear how Bianca Saunders and her collaborators brought this multidisciplinary event to life, the role of curation in today’s creative landscape, and tips for hosting an inspiring pop-up.

What is the inspiration behind blending mid-century design with your AW24 collection and archival pieces for this pop-up?
The inspiration comes from a desire to create a space that feels timeless yet modern, much like the ethos of my designs. Mid-century design is rooted in clean lines, functionality, and a sense of warmth—all elements that resonate with the aesthetic of my AW24 collection. Pairing this with archive pieces creates a dialogue between the past and present, offering visitors a holistic view of the brand’s evolution while immersing them in a space that reflects the craftsmanship and thoughtfulness behind every garment.
Partnering with Time & Space, FoundPop, Las Olas, and more has played a pivotal role in this event. How do these unique brands align with your vision for the store?
Each partner brings something unique that aligns with the vision for this store. Time & Space represents a collaborative spirit, offering a platform for cross-disciplinary exploration, which is a core value of my brand. FoundPop’s innovative approach to creating dynamic retail spaces perfectly complements the store’s design, while Las Olas adds a cultural depth with their focus on craftsmanship and authenticity. These partnerships reflect the same intentionality and creativity that goes into my collections, creating a unified experience for everyone who visits the store.

The series of talks explore cross-disciplinary creativity. What inspired the selection of speakers and topics for this pop-up?
The speakers and topics were chosen to spark meaningful conversations about creativity across different disciplines, highlighting the intersections of art, fashion, design, and culture. I wanted to bring together voices that challenge conventions, inspire innovation, and reflect the diversity of ideas that fuel my own work. Each talk is designed to offer fresh perspectives and foster a sense of community, aligning perfectly with the ethos of this pop-up.
From your perspective, how are pop-ups evolving as a platform for collaboration and creativity in the fashion industry?
Pop-ups are no longer just retail spaces; they’re becoming cultural hubs and platforms for storytelling. They allow brands to engage directly with their audience in a more intimate and experiential way. For me, pop-ups are an opportunity to showcase not only the clothing but also the ideas, collaborations, and narratives behind the brand. They’re also a great way to explore creative partnerships, as seen in this project, which combines fashion, design, and culture in a unique and immersive setting.

What’s next for Bianca Saunders? Can we expect more pop-ups or collaborative projects like this in the future?
This pop-up is just the beginning of a more collaborative and immersive approach to how we connect with our audience. Looking ahead, I’m excited to explore more pop-ups and partnerships that push the boundaries of traditional retail. There are plans for future projects that dive deeper into cross-disciplinary collaborations and innovative ways to present the brand. Stay tuned—you can expect even more exciting initiatives that continue to expand the Bianca Saunders universe!
The concept store exemplifies the power of pop-ups as platforms for collaboration, creativity, and storytelling. By blending mid-century design inspirations with her AW24 collection and archival pieces, Saunders has created a space that bridges past and present, offering visitors an immersive brand experience.
As pop-ups continue to evolve, this concept store serves as a compelling example of how brands can leverage temporary spaces to foster community, innovation, and connection. For those inspired by this event, FoundPop is here to help shape your space and bring your vision to life.
