I have never done an activation before, can I still apply?
Absolutely. Whether it’s your first retail moment or your fifth, we welcome brands at different stages. The application helps us understand your goals, stock readiness, and community reach so we can create a balanced lineup.
How do I apply to be a designer on the Loom app?

Do I need to be available every day from Sept 26–Oct 5?
No, but we do encourage brand founders or reps to attend at least a few days to meet customers and collaborators. We’ll have staff support and a shared schedule, so the space is always hosted.
Will I receive sales updates and feedback from customers?
What makes a strong application?
Clarity and alignment. Tell us what makes your brand different, how you connect with your audience, and why this opportunity matters to you. Great imagery, a concise brand story, and proof of activation readiness also help.
Do I need to bring a stock list?
